Letterhead
Your company letterhead represents your brand and can make a big impression on potential clients. A carefully-crafted, professionally-designed letterhead can help your business to come across as professional, competent, and reliable.
Envelope
Custom envelopes are understated tools that can help build your travel brand. They provide a practical way of advertising your company and capturing a client’s attention with your distinct graphics and text. And while digital marketing is great, direct mail is often more memorable and even tends to garner better response rates than email marketing in some cases.
Business Card
Business cards deliver a big punch in a small package. On one small wallet-sized card, you can provide the information required to introduce your company and make a great first impression.
Email Signature
Like a business card, a professional email signature delivers a quick bit of important information including contact details, website, and/or social media links, etc.
For instructions on how to upload your email signature, you must first identify your email provider (outlook, gmail, yahoo, etc) and then proceed with doing a google search typing in the subject: “How to upload email signature for < enter your email provider here>”
With Compliments Card
With Compliment Cards or slips are reminiscent of blank business cards and are typically enclosed with client correspondences. An important part of the marketing kit, compliment slips adhere to your company’s aesthetic and provide the opportunity to add a personal touch that usually includes a handwritten note or salutation and your signature. This helps your client to feel the human connection and fosters a positive business relationship.
Printing the Items of Your Essentials Marketing Kit
Most print shops such as your local Office Depot, Staples, OfficeMax, Kinko’s, etc are well-equipped to deliver your marketing materials quickly and professionally. No matter which printing company you choose, we highly suggest selecting a print shop that you can physically walk into and have face-to-face interactions with a representative.
Follow these steps to successfully print your marketing materials:
- Transfer your final electronic files to a USB drive.
- Take the USB drive to a local print shop.
- Have the print shop representative to print a test sample so you can see the color and layout before printing all of your materials. Be sure to print the sample on the same size and texture paper that you plan to use for the final products.
- Work with the representative on the spot to see if anything, such as size or color, needs to be rearranged or adjusted before proceeding.
- When the sample product meets your satisfaction, place your order.
Sometimes colors on your computer screen may look different when printed, and that’s why we provide you with the main source file that includes editable versions of your marketing kit. This way, you can easily work with a print shop representative to adjust the print job according to the specific paper texture or toners that will be used.
Electronic File Versions of Your Essentials Marketing Kit
Since you may need to print some of your marketing materials and include others in emails or on your website, it’s important to know which file types work best for each component.
