ASK YOUR CLIENTS
You know your clients better than anyone and of course, you know how to best ask them. We suggest a phone call to ask them and then follow up with an email.
Let them know that it’s a “quick, less than 1-minute recap of their vacation that they can record it using their cell phone or computer camera”, and that you can send them 3 simple questions to answer and that it would mean the world to you.
If they seem nervous, let them know “I’ll send you an example of one and you’ll see how easy it is”.

SEND THEM THE SAMPLE VIDEO & THE THREE QUESTIONS
The three questions we suggest that you have your clients answer are as follows:
- Where did you go, why, who with, and where to?
- What were the highlights of your experience?
- What were the benefits of having a professional plan your trip?
Be sure to upload the video to your own website page (hidden from your menu and not searchable in Google. Alternatively, you can add it to YouTube or Vimeo however it must be marked as private and only accessible with the link that you send to your clients.
